Dipolog house and lot for sale
Site VisitThe current bad weather has slowed progress on our Dipolog house and Lot and when we visited the site yesterday the workers were still pouring the concrete for the walls. This is quite a slow process with buckets of concrete having to be lifted to the top of the shuttering and then poured.
The outlines of all the ground floor rooms is now complete including the spaces in the living area where patio windows will be fitted. A door frame has been added to the space under the stair, where the electrical panel will be situated, which will also provide a storage area for some of my adventure gear.
The pillars for the car port and balcony have been incased and are ready for concrete pouring. During our visit we picked up a copy of the list of fixtures and fitting that have been ordered for the completion of our Dipolog house and Lot.
We are still awaiting confirmation on how our hot water will be supplied, so need to chase up the architect and site engineer on this matter when we next visit.
