Dipolog house and lot for sale
site visitToday we made a short site visit to our Dipolog hose and lost for sale at Mediatrix Hills Upper Turno. The changes to both the front and dirty kitchen doors frames have been completed. There remains two sections of walls to be completed where we will have patio windows installed, so hope by the time we visit again the walls will have been poured
We raised a couple of issues with the resident engineer, one being the installation of a telephone point in the upstairs family area, and the other question as to the arrangement for hot water supplier to all sinks , basins, showers and bath. we also clarified that windows will be sliding type. we also questioned changing out the air con unit in the master bedroom from a window type to a split unit.
We took some general photos of the site which will be publish in due course. We are satified with progress and the site visits allow us to keep on top of progress in building our Dipolog house and lot for sale.
