Dipolog house and lot for sale
Architect MeetingYesterday we had the long awaited meeting, at our Dipolog house and lot for sale, with the Architect and it was most productive. We reviewed the suggested colour scheme and have arranged to have some sample area coloured to finalise the colours on Wednesday. All doors will be varnished.
Our driveway has been completed and the conduit laid under the carport to the junction box below the stairs. Covings have been added to all the rooms and will be painted white.
The bath has been installed in our en suite bathroom and we will be having modifications to provide a sliding screen. The bathroom will also be fully tiled with white tiles.
The target completion date is prior to Christmas so we are now entering the final phase. Windows will be fitted next month and we will choose the tinting on our Wednesday visit.
